Role Description The Training Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Thrissur.

The Training

Manager will design, implement, and oversee training programs for showroom and corporate staff, focusing on product knowledge, customer service standards, sales effectiveness, and operational procedures. This role involves conducting training sessions, workshops, and refreshers; creating training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning content; and evaluating training outcomes through assessments and performance metrics.

The Training

Manager will collaborate with store leadership and HR to identify skill gaps, align training with business goals,



and ensure consistent learning experiences across locations. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining training records, coordinating schedules, and continuously improving programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Experience in training design and delivery, including curriculum development, facilitation, and evaluation of training effectiveness.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and simplify complex topics.

Solid understanding of retail operations or customer-facing environments;

experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or related sectors is an advantage.

Organizational and planning skills to manage multiple training programs, schedules, and documentation effectively.

Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software, online learning platforms) for creating and delivering training content.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide constructive feedback, and build a culture of continuous learning.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field; professional certifications in training or learning & development are preferred.

Comfort with working on-site in Thrissur and, when required, traveling
