Key Responsibilities: ✅ Design and deliver training programs for all departments, associates, interns, and franchise teams (virtual).

✅ Conduct employee induction, soft skills, and behavioural training sessions.

✅ Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and prepare a structured training calendar.

✅ Develop engaging training materials, SOPs, presentations, and learning resources.

✅ Track training attendance, conduct assessments, and measure training effectiveness. ? We're Looking For: ✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
