ABOUT THE ROLE The Training Head will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for gig workers to ensure operational excellence, safety, and service quality. The role includes leading onboarding, material identification, company app training, customer interaction, field operations, and safety practices. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying skill gaps, conducting field coaching, developing training content, and driving continuous performance improvement across the gig workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and deliver structured onboarding and refresher training programs. - Train gig workers on scrap material identification, segregation, quality standards, and pricing basics.
- Ensure workers have complete material knowledge to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Train employees on the effective use of the company's mobile application, including attendance, pickup process, order updates, customer interaction, and issue reporting.
- Develop training content, SOPs, presentations, videos, and assessment modules.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-field training sessions. - Evaluate trainee performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Work closely with Operations, HR, and Fleet teams to identify skill gaps and improve workforce productivity.




- Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Graduate in any discipline; and certification in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Training & Development, preferably managing training for gig workers, field operations, or blue-collar workforces.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering onboarding, refresher, and on-the-job training programs, along with developing SOPs and training content.
- Hands-on experience in conducting classroom, virtual, and field-based training, with strong coaching, communication, and presentation skills.

CTC (Range): 8-12 LPA
