Role Description This is a full-time, in office Training and Placement Manager (TPO) role based in Gurugram. The Training and Placement Manager will oversee the entire placement lifecycle, including identifying employment opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, and aligning training outcomes with employer requirements. The role involves coordinating with trainers to ensure learners are job-ready, conducting mock interviews and pre-placement workshops, and tracking placement metrics for continuous improvement.

The manager will work closely with internal teams to update stakeholders on placement status, prepare reports,



and support learners during their transition into employment. The position also includes promoting Anudip’s programs to potential employers and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance placement outcomes.

Strong placement and industry liaison skills, including experience in employer outreach, campus hiring, and recruitment coordination.

Proficiency in training coordination and learner support, such as organizing pre-placement sessions, mock interviews, and employability workshops.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders.

Competence in data management and reporting, including tracking placement statistics, preparing MIS reports, and using basic MS Office tools.

Prior experience in skill development, education, or vocational training organizations, preferably working with youth from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate degree or specialization in HR, Management, or related fields is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and meet placement targets within defined timelines.

Knowledge of local and national job markets and willingness to travel locally for employer meetings and placement-related activities as needed.
