We are looking for an experienced Trainer to handle training delivery for International Voice Process, focusing on new hire onboarding, soft skills, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct recent hire training (process, product, soft skills, voice & accent)
- Deliver refreshers, coaching & upskilling sessions
- Evaluate trainee performance and readiness to go live
- Identify training needs (TNI/TNA) and improve performance gaps
- Develop training content, modules, and reports
- Collaborate with operations to improve team KPIs

Required Skills:

- Experience in BPO with training experience (Voice Process)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of voice & accent training and customer handling
- Experience in training delivery
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
