Role Description The Trainer – English role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, supporting training needs for locations including Madurai, Nagpur, Surat, and Ahmedabad. The trainer will conduct interactive training sessions for teachers and school staff on Next Education’s English-related products, curricula, and teaching methodologies. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering workshops, demonstrations, and classroom simulations; clarifying product features; and ensuring effective implementation of Next Education solutions.

The role involves customizing training content as per school requirements,



collecting feedback, and sharing insights with internal teams to improve offerings. The trainer will also maintain training documentation, travel as required to partner schools, and collaborate with academic and product teams to align training with curriculum standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Solid English language proficiency, including grammar, spoken and written communication, and presentation skills.

Experience in teaching or training in K–12 English, with familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, or state board curricula.

Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for educators and school stakeholders.

Comfort using educational technology platforms, digital content, and classroom tools; ability to explain technical features in simple terms.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, handle questions, and manage diverse classroom and training environments.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities to plan sessions, travel between locations, and maintain training records.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field; a B.Ed. or relevant teaching certification is preferred.

Prior experience in edtech, teacher training, or school academic coordination is an advantage.

Willingness to travel to partner schools in one of these base locations Madurai, Nagpur, Surat, Ahmedabad, and other locations as required.
