Role Description The Trainer role at Bhual Singh Foundation is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaunpur. The Trainer will design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations tailored to the needs of learners in the foundation’s programs. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, conducting classroom and field-based sessions, assessing participants’ progress, and providing constructive feedback.

The Trainer will collaborate with program coordinators to align training content with organizational goals, maintain accurate attendance and performance records, and adjust teaching methods based on learner feedback and outcomes. This role also involves mentoring participants,



promoting an inclusive and respectful learning environment, and supporting community outreach activities related to training initiatives.

Qualifications Ability to design and deliver engaging training content, including lesson plans, presentations, and practical activities.

Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners with varied educational backgrounds.

Experience in adult education, vocational training, or community-based teaching is highly beneficial.

Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple batches, schedules, and reporting requirements.

Capacity to assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt training methods to different learning styles.

Comfort working in office in Jaunpur and collaborating with local communities, staff members, and partner organizations.

Basic proficiency with computer applications (e.g., word processing, presentations, spreadsheets) for training preparation and documentation.

Minimum of a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, training, or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.
