Key Responsibilities:

- Program and operate CYP-Cut Laser, Delem Bending Controller, Rolling Machine (or equivalent).

- Perform nesting for laser cutting machines to optimize material usage.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.

- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices for process improvement.

- Control rejections, scrap, and ensure quality standards.

- Work with sheet metals of different grades using CNC Laser Cutting, Waterjet Cutting, CNC Bending, and CNC Rolling.

- Lead teams with a focus on productivity and safety.

- Handle costing calculations for raw, in-process, and finished materials.

Required Skills:

- Diploma Mechanical Engineering.

- 05 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing.

- Robust skills in CNC programming, nesting, costing, and team handling.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in precision machining / heavy fabrication industry.

- Exposure to lean manufacturing practices.
