Role & responsibilities

- Branch Management: Take full ownership of assigned Private and PSU Bank branches. Conduct regular visits to maintain a high level of engagement with branch staff.
- Business Generation: Proactively generate insurance business through the banks customer base. Assist bank walk-in customers in choosing the right insurance products.
- Liaising & Relationship Building: Create and maintain effective liaising with Bank Managers and branch staff to ensure the insurance vertical remains a priority.
- Sales Support: Provide end-to-end support to bank employees, from lead generation and joint sales calls to closing the deal and documentation.

Salary Structure - Candidate will be hired as a Trainee under Apprentice Module

- Stipend will be 15000/- Per month during training period.

- After 6 month Trainee will get prospect to get On- Roll On performance basis.

- After On roll Candidate's CTC will be 3 LPA, with the joining bonus, incentives and other Benefits.
