- Recommend improvements to surveillance systems and processes

Requirements:

- Experience in trade surveillance, compliance, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and regulations
- Proficiency with trade surveillance tools and software
- Good communication and report-writing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
