About the Role:

Yatra Holidays is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tour Package Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting domestic and international tour packages, generating sales through telecalling, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package costing using CRM software.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with operations and vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.




- Handle customer queries professionally and provide travel assistance.

Requirements:

- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or travel industry preferred.
- Ability to work with CRM software and sales tools.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and strong negotiation skills.
