We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tour Operator to join our team. The role involves planning and managing travel packages along with handling customer interactions through calls to promote services and ensure a smooth travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize travel packages and itineraries
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and vendors
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and follow-ups
- Explain travel packages and services clearly to clients
- Maintain booking records and customer details
- Ensure smooth tour execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Positive communication skills (Malayalam & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong coordination and customer handling skills
- Interest in travel and tourism industry
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
