- Assemble moulds, make necessary corrections, and qualify moulds for production.
- Repair and maintain press tools and die components.
- Handle and validate precision multi-cavity moulds individually.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to enhance tool performance and reduce downtime.
- Prepare moulds for qualification and shipment according to customer specifications.
Required Background:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tool making, mould assembly, and maintenance.
- Diploma in Tool & Die Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with precision moulds and press tools.
- Robust problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with design and production teams.
