Handling Of Shift Duties, Line Output & product quality and process yield improvement and meeting on-time delivery

Execution of the production targets, Daily performance control & review, WIP monitoring & controlling,

- Reduction in process rejections and improve yield & energy, drive focused & continuous improvement projects in order to improve the operating efficiencies of the lines
- Responsible for Productivity, Cycle time, yield & OEE analysis & losses reduction. Support CFT on Loss analysis and Eradication- line balancing, troubleshooting, CPA knowledge
- Addressing the customer concerns with proper root cause analysis, customer complaint 8D analysis
- Establish process control through audits, process audit analysis of data etc.
- Compliance with Customer/ IATF/ ISO requirements.Training to teams & manpower handling, LAMA adherence
- EHS compliance, 5S implementation, workplace Management, & drive people involvement initiatives
