Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur, supporting various job vacancies across manufacturing, machining, mould making, automation, and quality functions. Team members will contribute to day-to-day operations such as operating and setting CNC machines, assisting in mould and fixture fabrication, following production plans, and maintaining safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

Responsibilities may include collaborating with engineers on special purpose machine assembly, supporting inspection and testing activities, documenting production data,



and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Individuals in these roles will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams, follow standard operating procedures, and help ensure timely delivery of high-quality components and equipment to automotive clients.

Qualifications Candidates should possess technical skills relevant to manufacturing and machining, such as basic mechanical knowledge, familiarity with CNC operations, and understanding of production processes.

Candidates should possess skills related to quality and inspection, including the use of gauges, measurement tools, and adherence to quality control procedures.

Candidates should possess skills in teamwork and communication, with the ability to follow instructions, coordinate with supervisors and peers, and report issues clearly and promptly.

Candidates should possess skills in problem-solving and continuous improvement, demonstrating attention to detail, troubleshooting capability, and willingness to learn new technologies and methods.

Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain documentation, and meet production deadlines.

Relevant technical education (such as ITI, Diploma, or Engineering in Mechanical, Production, or related fields) is beneficial, as is prior experience in automotive manufacturing, mould making, or automation.

Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur, adhere to safety standards, and perform physically active tasks as required in a factory setting.8
