Your Responsibilities - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Dayforce WFM (Time and Attendance module

- Assist end-users in resolving system issues related to time and attendance, processing, and related functionalities
- Document and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of user inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system bugs, enhancements, and upgrades
- Conduct testing and validation of system configurations, updates, and enhancements
- Train end-users on Dayforce Time and Attendance functionalities and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dayforce features and industry trends Who we are looking for - University education or equivalent.

- Demonstrate critical thinking and analytic skills with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the clients needs and situation




- Well-developed root-cause analytical skills with the ability to configure and troubleshoot issues and defects
- Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
- Previous experience in supporting Dayforce Time and Payroll or similar HRIS software
- Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Focus on delivering quality customer service
