Role & responsibilities

Responsible for testing, validation, and performance evaluation of Electric Vehicle (EV) systems including Battery Packs, BMS, Electric Motors, Inverters, Chargers, and Vehicle-Level Functions. Conduct functional, performance, durability, safety, and regulatory testing to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform testing and validation of EV powertrain systems, battery packs, BMS, motors, inverters, DC-DC converters, and on-board chargers.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.
- Conduct vehicle-level, subsystem-level, and component-level testing.
- Perform performance, durability, thermal, environmental, and safety testing.
- Analyze test data, identify defects, and support root cause analysis.
- Validate charging systems, battery performance, range, and energy efficiency.
- Support HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), functional, integration, and end-of-line testing.
- Prepare test reports, validation documents, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with design, software,



calibration, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulatory requirements.
