- Develop and execute test programs for FPGA/SoC silicon on production test platforms.
- Perform silicon validation, debugging, and characterization on real hardware.
- Analyze manufacturing defects and support root cause analysis to improve product quality.
- Work with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), preferably Teradyne J750, for silicon testing.
- Develop low-level test software using C/C++ and Assembly where required.
- Support firmware development for ARM or other microcontroller-based platforms.
- Collaborate with Design, Verification, DFT, Process, Yield, and Product Engineering teams throughout the silicon validation lifecycle.
- Debug failures across simulation, bench validation, and ATE environments.
- Contribute to new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring high-quality silicon deployment.
Required Skills :
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Silicon Test Development, Post-Silicon Validation, or ATE Testing.
- Hands-on experience validating FPGA, ASIC, SoC, or Test Chips.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ with exposure to low-level programming or Assembly.
- Experience with firmware development on ARM or other microcontrollers.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, silicon debug, and production testing.
- Familiarity with ATE platforms (preferably Teradyne J750) is highly desirable.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
