We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Test Engineer to validate deliverables across various web-based applications and documentation platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong manual testing expertise and Python scripting skills, with exposure to automation testing considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Validate end-to-end deliverables of web-based applications and documentation platforms.
- Execute manual test cases and ensure high-quality releases.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Develop and execute Python-based test scripts for validation and efficiency improvement.
- Support automation efforts using tools like Selenium (if applicable).
- Ensure adherence to Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and best practices.




- Understand requirements and design test plans, test strategies, and test cases.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field (BE/ME/MCA).
- 2–4 years of experience in Software Testing.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Python scripting (mandatory).
- Experience testing web-based applications.
- Experience in creating test artifacts such as test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and queries.

Preferred Skills (Positive to Have)
- Experience in Automation Testing using Selenium or similar tools.
- Knowledge of DITA, XML, or authoring/documentation tools.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern testing practices.
