Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes.
- Prepare test reports and provide feedback on testing status and quality.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards and processes.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability.
- Continuously improve test processes and contribute to automation efforts if applicable.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications like ISTQB Foundation Level are a plus.

Experience:

- 2-3 years: Junior to mid-level Test Analyst with hands-on experience in manual testing.
- 3-4 years: Test Analyst with exposure to automation tools and experience in handling end-to-end testing activities.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or Quality Center.
- Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium, UFT, or TestComplete.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
