Role Description The Territory Manager Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing and improving operational performance across assigned schools and centers. The role involves managing day-to-day operational activities, supporting school leadership teams, and ensuring adherence to Zee Learn’s academic, administrative, and quality standards.

The Territory Manager

Operations will regularly visit institutions in the territory, monitor key performance indicators, and implement process improvements to enhance learner and parent experience. This role includes coordinating with central teams, guiding partners and franchisees, facilitating training and compliance, and supporting new center launches and expansions. The position requires proactive problem-solving, structured reporting,



and consistent stakeholder communication to maintain excellence in school operations.

Qualifications

Strong operations management skills, including process implementation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement within multi-site educational or service organizations.

Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with school leaders, franchise partners, internal teams, and external vendors.

Proficiency in planning and coordination, including territory-level scheduling, resource allocation, and execution of operational initiatives.

Analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and present clear, actionable insights to management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide teams, conduct trainings, and manage relationships in diverse environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Prior experience in the education sector, franchise operations, or multi-location service management is highly beneficial.

Willingness to travel within the territory as required and work on-site at schools and centers in Pune City.
