About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Team to manage and grow our pharmaceutical business in their territories. The role focuses on field-level sales execution, brand promotion, and relationship management with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Promote company products to doctors, hospitals, and chemists in the assigned territory

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Develop effective territory coverage plans and ensure consistent field presence

Build and maintain solid professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)

Execute company marketing, promotional, and brand strategies at ground level

Ensure proper product detailing, brand recall, and prescription generation

Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports

Ensure timely submission of daily call reports, sales reports,



and tour plans

Maintain ethical standards and compliance with company policies

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate (in any stream)

1–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales as Medical Representative / TBM/ABM

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of local pharma market in respective territory

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset
