Tender Engineer

Location: HO Saki Naka

Experience: 3–7 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and commercial terms.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids, cost estimates, rate analysis, and quotations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Purchase, Projects, Accounts, and other internal teams.
- Prepare tender-related documents, compliance statements, technical proposals, and supporting documents.
- Submit tenders through online tender portals within the specified deadlines.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to tender queries and clarifications.
- Maintain tender records, bid status, MIS reports, and tender documentation.
- Support the team during negotiations and post-tender activities.





Required Skills
- Good knowledge of tendering and e-tendering processes.
- Robust understanding of BOQ, technical specifications, and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online tender portals.
- Good communication, coordination, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and work under strict deadlines.

Preferred: Experience in Engineering, Piping, Industrial Projects Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
