Role & responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant tenders on a daily basis (Government, PSU, GEM and private portals)
- Handle complete GEM portal operations including product listing, bid submission, order processing and compliance
- Prepare and submit tender documents (technical and commercial bids)
- Upload, maintain and update all required documents across portals
- Coordinate internally for quotations, pricing and technical specifications
- Ensure timely and error-free submission of bids
- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, results and follow-ups
- Regularly monitor PowerGrid, PSU and other e-procurement portals

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience in GEM portal and e-tendering platforms (Mandatory)
- Basic understanding of tender documentation and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF handling, scanning and document uploads
- Working knowledge of Tally (Desirable)
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Self-disciplined and capable of handling repetitive, process-driven tasks independently

Note: Candidates without practical GEM/tender filing experience will not be considered.
