Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager - Data Center to lead tendering and proposal activities for Data Center projects in Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data center infrastructure, MEP systems, cost estimation, bid management, risk assessment, and EPC project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete tendering lifecycle for Data Center EPC projects.
- Review RFPs, tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and bid submissions.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and commercial teams to develop competitive bids.
- Evaluate project risks, assumptions, exclusions, and mitigation measures.
- Prepare tender clarifications, RFIs, and responses to client queries.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, international standards, and project specifications.




- Engage with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders for pricing and technical support.
- Support contract negotiations and project handover to execution teams.
- Monitor tender schedules and ensure timely submission of proposals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10-15 years of experience in Data Center Tendering, Engineering, Construction, or Operations.
- Proven experience on Data Center projects, preferably for Middle East/KSA clients.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems in Data Centers, including Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems.
- Experience with critical infrastructure such as UPS, Generators, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Building Management Systems.
- Good understanding of Uptime Institute Tier Standards and Data Center best practices.
- Robust exposure to EPC contracting environments.
