About the Role: MyLynk HR Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales / Tele Collections Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions over the phone, generating sales opportunities, following up with clients, and managing collection-related activities while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for sales, follow-ups, and collections.
Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries effectively.
Generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
RequirementsMinimum qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate.
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, collections, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
