ACCE Global Group is looking for a Telecaller to join our Head Office team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, with Hindi fluency being mandatory. She will be responsible for speaking with customers and distributors, generating leads, providing product information, and maintaining robust customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Explain company products, offers, and services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular customer communication.
- Update customer information and call records accurately.
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Fluent Hindi is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in Bengali; basic English will be an added advantage.
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, email).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Freshers are welcome; experienced telecallers will be preferred.
