About the Role

Blue Pine Consulting LLP is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Tele caller Executives to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking with prospective clients, and have the ability to generate quality site visits through effective calling and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Spoken English is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of Tele calling experience in Real Estate
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working with CRM and lead management systems
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality

Roles & Responsibilities




- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain project details and answer customer queries
- Generate customer interest and schedule site visits
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- Update customer information and call records in CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visit scheduling
- Achieve monthly site visit targets
- Maintain professional relationships with customers

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
