The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining our domestic staffing services, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Explain company services and pricing professionally. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic staff. Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel. Build robust customer relationships through excellent communication. Coordinate with the Operations team after booking confirmation. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required. Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience at all times.
