Job Overview:

We are looking for a disciplined and target-oriented Telecaller to support our sales team through consistent lead generation. This is a high-volume calling role requiring focus, persistence, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 250+ outbound calls daily
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Clearly communicate company offerings to potential clients
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures
- Achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements:





- Valuable communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Must be comfortable with high-volume calling (250 calls/day)
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a WFH setup
- Basic smartphone/laptop + stable internet connection required
- Prior telecalling experience is a plus (Freshers can apply)
