Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on assigned leads.

- Attend inbound customer inquiries related to new and used cars.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.

- Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, exchange offers, and ongoing promotions.

- Generate and qualify sales leads.

- Schedule appointments for dealership visits or test drives.

- Follow up with customers to maximize lead conversion.

- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with dealership sales teams for smooth customer handover.

- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity targets.

- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data confidentiality guidelines.

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi; basic to good English communication.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, CRM).

- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Experience

- 0–2 years in Tele Sales, Customer Support, BPO, Automobile Sales, or Call Center.

- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

- Both- Graduate/ Post Graduate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
