Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Faridabad. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced professionals. Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly and professionally.

Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.

Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in the CRM system.





Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.

Achieve individual sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with prior experience in telesales, banking, financial services, insurance, BPO, or customer support will have an added advantage.

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a career in sales.
