About the Role Olready helps Makeup Artists (MUAs) grow their bookings and visibility through subscription plans. As a BD Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for MUAs — finding them, pitching them, and getting them onboarded.
What You'll Do
● Find potential MUAs on Instagram, Facebook, and professional directories
● Make daily calls and follow-ups to pitch our subscription plans
● Help onboarded artists set up their profiles
● Explain how the subscription pays off — more leads, portfolio hosting, credibility
● Hit weekly and monthly onboarding targets
● Stay in touch with onboarded artists to keep them happy and renewing
What You Need
● Solid spoken English and Hindi (bonus: other local languages)
● Comfortable with cold calling and rejection; persistent by nature
● Some familiarity with the beauty/makeup space is a plus
● Quick to learn our CRM and explain it simply to non-tech-savvy artists
● Confident handling objections ("Why should I pay for this?")
