Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services and generate interest
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning
- Research and gather data on target markets and potential customers
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and schedule follow-ups or demos
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems
- Assist the sales team in nurturing and converting leads
- Share relevant product/service information with prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion strategies
- Provide regular reports on lead status, call performance, and conversion rates

Qualifications & Skills

- Freshers or students pursuing/completed graduation (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and proactive with a willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
