The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their healthcare needs, and promoting Portea's services through effective telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare services.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements • Proficiency in English and Hindi.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude and customer-centric approach.
