Tele calling existing clients for introduction , service portfolio , warming up and setting up meetings

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data

Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis

Handling student queries and ability to provide information verbally, clearly and effectively

Preparing daily reports and MIS student services

Fixing up the appointments , passing on the sales leads to the sales department and taking care of the existing care
