Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads and explain products or services
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Understand customer requirements and respond appropriately
- Actively listen to customer queries and provide relevant information
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper call records
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers
Required Skills
- Good and clear communication skills
- Strong active listening skills
- Confident and polite telephone communication
- Basic understanding of English, Marathi, and Hindi
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
