Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and convert admission enquiries. Explain course features, fee structure, batch schedules, and admission procedures.

Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and guidance. Maintain enquiry records, admission data, and daily follow-up reports.

Coordinate with faculty and the administration team for smooth admission processing.



Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Good counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
