Responsibilities Contact customers through outbound calls regarding overdue payments. Remind customers about pending dues and negotiate repayment plans. Explain payment options and resolve customer queries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach during all calls.
