Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally. Explain products and services to customers. Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details. Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets. Coordinate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements : Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory). Freshers are welcome to apply if they have excellent communication skills.
