Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counselling & Lead Management

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

Counsel students regarding courses, programs, fee structure, and admission process.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.

Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.

Admissions & Sales

Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and timely assistance.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and conversion targets.

Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.

Maintain a high conversion ratio through effective communication and persuasive counselling.





CRM & Process Management

Update and maintain lead records in the CRM system.

Track follow-ups and ensure no prospective lead is missed.

Prepare daily activity reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Collaboration

Coordinate with Academic Counsellors, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Support promotional campaigns, admission drives, and student engagement initiatives.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.

Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining service quality.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude and excellent follow-up skills.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Customer Support, or EdTech Sales.

Experience in the Education/EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
