Position: Telesales Executive

Experience: 0–2 Years Preferred, Freshers also welcome with good communication skills

Employment Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities: Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally with potential customers.

Explain company products/services and generate sales leads.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and convert inquiries into sales.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service and support.

Requirements: Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.

Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
