Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic motivated and results-driven female Telecaller to join our sales team The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers explaining our products or services and converting leads into successful sales Key Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases Clearly communicate the features and benefits of the company s products services Handle customer queries objections and concerns with patience and professionalism Convince potential customers by effectively highlighting the value and advantages Accurately maintain and update customer information in the CRM system Consistently follow up on leads and maintain strong communication to nurture conversions Achieve or exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance call scripts and strategies Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality interactions and service Requirements Prior experience as a Telecaller Telemarketer or in a similar sales customer service role Excellent verbal communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to handle objections and remain confident and persuasive Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software tools Minimum qualification High school diploma or equivalent A degree in marketing sales or a related field is an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 326 19 - 20 386 55 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Language Hindi Preferred English Required Work Location In person
