Key Responsibilities Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective students. Follow up on leads from WhatsApp, social media, digital marketing, and referrals. Explain course details, eligibility, fees, placements, and career opportunities. Convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain lead records in Excel/CRM. Meet monthly admission targets.
