Role Description The Telecaller will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to share product information, clarify requirements, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering incoming queries, maintaining call records, updating CRM or call logs, and following up on leads within agreed timelines. The role also involves coordinating with internal sales and support teams, scheduling product demos or service visits,



and collecting customer feedback to help improve service quality.

The Telecaller is expected to communicate professionally, adhere to calling guidelines, meet daily and weekly call targets, and represent the company’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.

Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, including patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach to handling queries.

Candidates should possess basic data entry and computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools or call-tracking software.

Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle call volumes, follow-ups, and reporting efficiently.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or additional Indian languages is an advantage.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is a plus.
