Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers (job seekers & employers) Pitch and sell premium services/subscription plans of the job portal Explain product features, pricing, and perks clearly in Tamil Generate leads and convert them into paying customers Follow up regularly to close sales opportunities Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers Roles & Expectations:
