Role & Responsibilities
Upselling:
- Engage with existing clients to promote and sell additional products/services.
- Understand customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily sales targets.
Debt Collection:
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Implement effective collection strategies for assigned accounts.
- Handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
