About the Role

SR Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive (Telecaller) to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and support the sales team by scheduling meetings and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in telecalling or inside sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.

Handle inbound inquiries from clients professionally.

Introduce the company's Tensile Structure, PEB, and Fabric Roofing solutions.

Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.

Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.

Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Maintain customer records, call logs, and follow-up details in Excel/CRM.

Coordinate with the sales and design teams for quotations and project updates.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.





Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and Email.

Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Good follow-up and customer handling skills.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass with relevant experience may also apply).

Experience

1–3 years in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.

Experience in the construction, building materials, PEB, or Tensile Structure industry is preferred.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Strong communication in Hindi; basic English communication is an added advantage.
