We are looking for a energetic, confident, and sales-oriented Visa Telecaller & Immigration Counsellor who can convert inquiries into successful clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills to close deals over phone calls as well as during face-to-face counselling. Handle inbound and outbound client calls.
Counsel clients regarding Study, Tourist, Work Permit, PR, and other visa services. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable visa options. Convert leads into paying clients through effective sales techniques.
Conduct face-to-face counselling and close walk-in inquiries. Follow up with potential clients and maintain long-term relationships. Update client records and CRM regularly. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the documentation team after successful client onboarding.
