- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company services and generate leads.
- Follow up with clients and maintain communication records.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Update call details and customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 2 years of tele calling /customer support experience.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
